2023年，时间转瞬即逝，我们又将迎来一个中秋了。这一年我经历了人生的大起大落。明白这个世界物质需求是次要的，我们的情感是真实的，永恒的。在ICU中我思考假如我去世了，又有多少人能记得曾经有一个叫howard 胡自牧这个人呢？我无法想象，只有珍惜当下我们存在的每一分，每一秒的愉悦。因今年我不幸做了心脏瓣膜大血管手术，并休息了两个多月，没多少收入。但我却忘不了大家曾经的欢声笑语。故决定以前的物质礼物暂时替换中秋电子精美贺卡用于感谢各位长久以来默默关心。希望大家在中秋时分收到电子贺卡时，能踊跃的为这份愉悦点赞留言。在此提前祝福大家：身体健康、万事如意、阖家美满、中秋幸福、国庆开心！

In 2023, time is fast. The Mid-Autumn Festival has arrived. This year, I experienced a big event. It let me understand that matter is unimportant and our emotions are eternal in the world. In the ICU, I thought about the question, if I died, how many people can remember my name? I can't imagine that moment. I can only cherish every minute of pleasure. Because I have been involved heart valve macrovascular surgery in May. Then I took a break for two months. So I didn't go to work and I didn't get paid. But I haven't forgotten our laughter before. Now, I decided to cancel the material gift. I will send an e-card to you in Mid-Autumn Festival. I hope that when you receive your e-card, you will write your wishes on the website. Finally, I wish you at the beginning of month: good health, happy Mid-Autumn Festival and happy National Day!
