Hi, Simon.
I'm writing to tell you what I thought about Jim's sales presentation. One thing he did well was to deliver an inspiring conclusion. I think that he made us all feel motivated to go get new clients after the presentation. I also thought his flowcharts were compelling. They helped make all the sales procedures clear. And I have to admire his excellent speaking ability. His voice was strong as he emphasized the key points.
One thing he could have done differently was to explain more about the new executive team. If he had explained the reasons for the changes, we would have been less shocked to find out about the new CFO and COO! I also would have liked it if he had mentioned the topic of the presentation during his opening. At first, I didn't know what he was talking about. Overall, Jim did a great job, and I'm sure his presentation will help us increase sales.
